Default 37 column drop assembly lubrication

Hello,
I am rebuilding an old rusty 37 column drop, including the ignition switch and internal locking assembly. I have it all apart and soon will be putting it back together.
Questions:
1. what lubricant should I use (if any) for the rotating assembly. This includes the left/right sliding mechanism that locks/unlocks the steering and the circular piece that the toggle lever and pin mount to.

2. what lubricant should I use (if any) for the electrical contact piece that makes/breaks the ignition circuit. This piece is in pretty good shape, so I cleaned it up and lightly sanded the copper contact areas.

Thanks,
gregg
