It would be easier and cheaper to put in a warford trans or Ruxtell rearend.

Not saying it couldn't be done but I don't think it is feasable.

Re: Model A trans ,T Engine
That probably depends on whether a Model A flywheel can bolt up to a Model T crankshaft and then what about lubrication of the main bearings, a process carried out by the T flywheel?

Re: Model A trans ,T Engine
I have a Model A transmission set up to bolt behind a T transmission.I have had it for a couple of years but have not put it in as yet. If you do this you need a support brace also for the tranny to take the strain off the crankshaft.

You can't beat Rockies brakes. I like to tour a lot and do see some running without them. There noway I would do that. Back in the old days they never ran the speeds we do today. The roads were not very good either back then.

This is easy, get a Fronty Ford catalog, set your time machine for 1928 and go back with $250.00 in cash and get the new aluminum crankcase, turned down flywheel, clutch and U joint, come back and install it. Check on the price of a new Model A Roadster while you're back there.
