Fender skirt
Dug these fender skirts out from my son in laws storage shed. They are marked 49-50 Mercury but not sure. I was wondering if any one might be able to identify for sure if they are or not. The bottom is flat instead of the flare that I have seen on most skirts. Thanks

The only question is if they are true factory skirts or aftermarket. The '51 Mercury skirts have flares at the bottom and are the most coveted. They will all fit the 3 model years.

Re: Fender skirt
Thanks 51 Merc, I have no idea if they are factory or aftermarket or the way to tell. I appreciate your input.

But it really is not that important unless someone is a purist and just has to have factory original.
