Default Door Window Felt Channel Installation

I have just discovered that the doors for my '30 Panel Delivery do not have removeable panels at the top of the cab doors fo make the window felt channels easy to install. The inner window frame has all four sides connected and comes off in one piece. Can anyone offer suggestions as to how I can install the window glass / felt channels? What is the sequence? Thanks for the help.

That sounds similar to a Fordor. If the panel holding the regulator does not come off, like a wood framed fordor, then the channels must be installed with the tops not attached to the door. Then slip the glass in the channels by bending the tops of the channels towards the inside of the door, and slide the glass down into the door. When the top of the glass is below the top of the door, push the glass with the channels attached into place, and lower the glass the rest of the way. Then the tops of the channels can be attached to the doors. It's a pain, but that is how the slant window fordors are.

Thank you. That is sort of what I was figuring, but hoping to hear differently. Thank you for taking the time to share that information.
