Default How do you remove window garnish on a 27 Coupe door?

On a 1927 Coupe, how do you remove the U shaped garnish that goes around the window on the doors?

Also, does anyone have that garnish for the driver's door?

I think they slide straight up.

On the 1926-27 Improved Fords the doors are the same for Coupes and Tudor sedans.

Remove the screws and slide straight up. Mine has a rubber cushion on the top rail that needs to be removed first, the sides have a bracket that the garnish slide over. These brackets are very hard to remove with nuts that are not accessible. Good luck, they tend to brake when sliding out.
