Where do you find find the model a ford torque specs?

Ford never published any torque specs for nuts and bolts on the Model A.
A torque wrench was not in use in 1928-31; the first patent for one was filed in 1931. Ford relied on the experienced hands of the mechanic to know when something was "tight enough" but not too tight as to break the bolt, stud, etc. I have seen published torque numbers in Les Andrews' "Model A Mechanics Handbook" and I think in the Brattons parts catalog. Those are a good guide. .

If using Les Andrews be aware that the Oil Pan Bolts and Manifolds are speced way high than what should be used. There may be others.
