Default Attaching pictures to a thread???

They say a picture is worth a thousand words......am I the only one finds it virtually impossible to attach a picture to a thread?

GOOGLE has informed me what a URL is but I'll be damned if I can get any further than scratching my head....

Is there an easier way of attaching a picture which is saved on my lap-top?

There have been many previous posts here outlining several different methods of posting pictures. You can find these posts by using the search function. Also, if you go to FAQ you will find a procedure there. Good luck!

Here's a link to the FAQ that John mentioned...

My suggestion would be to follow the instructions to set up an album right here on the FordBarn. Then, upload your photos to your album. If you then open up a photo, you will find two lines of address stuff below it. Highlight the second one (the "BB code") and copy that address. Go to the post you want to put it into and paste it in. The image will then appear in that post. (You won't see it right away when you paste the code in, but if you "preview post," it should be visible.)
