Tool question 5-Z-4814
I found this tool in the garage with the initials H.F.T.S. and the part number 5-Z-4814. It looks like a tie rod or ball joint fork, but know for sure that's why I'm posting here for the experts to chime in. Would like to know the era for this tool and what it's used for. Also what the H.F.T.S. stands for. I've uploaded a couple of pictures; any help in finding info will be much appreciated.
