For sale: Big Red Toolbox with Lots of Tools
Everything is old and worn and has grease in the writing.
Most are broken, bent or damaged to some extent, but still work but hardly any fit on my new car. The old beat up ones are all sized in fractions, the other ones look ok I don’t like them very much because I don’t know how the sizes go.
Many are new, never used. Still shiny, but have markings with two M’s. These are assortments of various sizes in pretty plastic cases that are hard to unsnap to open. These were received as Christmas presents or gifts from my sons, wife and grandchildren who knew I liked tools. A few are missing because they broke the first time I tried to use it, but the rest are untouched. None say made is USA.
Some old electric power tools, but you need an extension cord. Sorry, none have batteries.
Lots of drill bits. Only some are sharp. Lots of other stuff too,
Make inquiries directly to my son who said he would show everything at his web site which I believe is in his garage.
My grandson says nobody uses Post Office mail anymore. He says everything is faster with e-mail. So if you want any of these things I will try to get them to you real fast shipping directly by e-mail as soon as I learn where the drop off is.

MM made in Malaysia? broke first time they were used, gifts, I guess didn't want to spend too much on him eh! I think he was worth it myself to go the extra couple of buck he was probably using them on their stuff that broke to fix, now he's got a bunch of useless tools... with unfortunately no interest, hows it go, can't even give em away.

I have a bunch of those wrenches marked "mm" in brand new condition....had them for 20 years and almost never touch them. Funny, some of them are almost the same size as my regular wrenches but are either a tad to tight or a bit too loose.

When I was 9 years old my mother asked me what I would like for Christmas? I told her I wanted a Sears craftman 1/2" socket set. The set I wanted came with a ratchet,breaker bar,shot extension,and about 10 sockets. Well my mother came thur with my wish,but the Sears sales person talked my mother into the MM set,which I did not want,but I still have them 56 years later.At first it was challenging trying to find what MM socket would fit close to standard.Now at the age of 11,my Grandfather asked me,if I would like to help him remove the engine in his 39 ton & 1/2 Ford truck.I told him that I would bring my tool box with me,when I open up my tool box he acted impressed,until he asked 1/2" socket,and I handed him a 13mm.Well after that we used his tools,which you could not find a tool with MM on it. I am organizing an exchange trip with the "burnt rice car club" of Japan. My goal is to gather all our unused Metric tools and bring them back to their native homeland. In exchange all the unused standard size unused tools that have accumulated there will be freed to work on real cars in the US. More information shortly.

Awww, you spilled the beans! Yeah, I think the Original Poster was using subtle humor...notice his use of email for shipping...and pretty much anyone who has touched a wrench should realize the MM designation he mentioned is MILLIMETERS. The joke being this is early fords and we don't have much need for metrics, just SAE.

As I'm sure Bolts knows, those mm tools are right at home in the Land of the Rising Sun (or Germany). Most sets we buy off the shelf in NZ have metric AND SAE in em on account of most of our cars are Japanese built. Jokes's on you guys. Good luck Bolts.
