Yes, fellows: this is the real deal! Last raced the '69-71 season with Pontiac V8 power.. Pulled from the berry patch in '88 and 'restored' as the original Flathead V8 Hardtop it was in the '50s. Local history known to the Flathead days. New '34 chassis and axles, '39 trans, '40 eng [59A],and '39 brakes. It comes with tires for Drag racing, asphalt track and dirt track. Full roll cage, New center steering box {Ford] , Buick steering wheel, 6 volt battery and caged fuel cell with roll-over valve. 3 point harness. While not a modern race chassis, it is fine for show and demo laps. Folks swarm this when it shows up at an event. I've owned it since '88 and did all the 'restoration' as it was in '69, without the modern engine. It's my avatar on HAMB. $8600- can't build it for less. thanks Newc
