Then why leave a reply button on the post? Since this appears to have been the rule since 2014 I think it should explain the reason in the pop up message you get denying the reply, not that you may not have been granted access to the site yet. Or blocked by the administrator. A better more visible answer or reply would be nice. Maybe in a sticky at the start of the classified/wanted ads. Just my 2 cents.

Simple it is Ryan's site and after all the issues in the past with unwanted sometimes nasty relies to the wanted ads being posted, he change it to no reply only PMs or emails if the person is set up for them. It has been this way for 6 years and mostly has worked just fine.

Is there any way of contacting a member about a classified add when you don’t have 10 or more post? There’s an item I’d like to purchase but when I try to send a pm it says I need at least ten posts. I’ve been here quite some time, but don’t post a lot. I figure if I don’t have anything to add why bother with meaningless posts. Seems kinda of ridiculous.

I've tried to send a PM in response to a ad on the V8 swap Meet but it says I need 10 post in order to respond to the ad. Doesn't make any sense

I have tried to click on the sellers username and I see nowhere I can send a private message.
I thought that I had seen a message saying you have to have a certain amount of messages before you are allowed to private message.

Thanks for your time and consideration.
