Default Sport Coupe Adjustable Seat

I put a small amount of lithium grease on the threaded rod that moves the seat. It helped a small amount but still feels like the seat base doesn't move as freely as I feel it should, even with the seat out and no weight on it. It looks like there are rails underneath but I can't see to tell exactly. Does anyone know if there is rails or something to lubricate underneath? Thanks

Well if it's like the standard coupe the seat does have a slider underneath on each side that needs to be lubed.

Yes the Cabriolet is the same as the coupe. You way want to remove the seat frame to get into the seat tracks so you can clean them and lub them properly. Sometimes the long ways, the short way.
