Default CT-2 "coil beeper"

Looking for a way to check coils I called the good folks @ Langs, they did not have this item in stock but did give me the info who makes them, great.

Funprojects.com makes this "coil beeper" to provide a quick check of the high Voltage secondary winding. For those like myself who are Nu2theT, this is a great tool to check coils @ the swap meets, ect.

I use a small digital meter. About the same size and a lot lower cost. Of course it has leads so a little harder to use. The leads on the one I have are attached and everything fits in a case. It came from Radio Shack but I am sure there are others that are the same.
