Amazing how many different looks you can get with photo shop.
Did that take you a long time to render?

Can you photo shop a big block with a blower and headers out the side on this? Widen the tires. Maybe lower the front to give it some stance. If your going to pimp, it pimp it right. One more thing, add dice to the mirror.

It took about an hour, I was thinking that if there were pimps in 1930 this would be their ride. Can you imagine Bonnie and Clyde running from the cops in this thing...talk about no where to hide

Response to "ford1" about seven posts up.

Most everyone knows what a purist I am, for the most part. Truth is, I love them all, from rods to full customs, concours to drivers, as long as the owner digs it, it's a cool ride.
But, this is something that I just can't wrap my brain around, that is, people who can't seem to understand that there's room for every style out there! Including bright green and purple Model A's, if that's what a guy wants. Personally, I really like that Georgia Tech Sport Coupe. Oh, maybe it's not the Model A I'm staring at.

Your post is so right on.....Just keep telling people that make those comments where to............................

Thanks Don, and that is what it should be about having fun. I don't think anyone has got rich because they are involved with owning an "A' or making or selling parts...except maybe Snyders who I know have a lot of my money The point is it is suppose to be fun and for me it is a blast, I know there are people who get caught up in their restoration and want it to be perfect and if that makes you happy then so be it.

Problem is that in the real world we are all different and being different means we don't think and feel the same way. Your perfect car may not seem that way to others and when you put it out there and ask what do you think? you then take the chance of not being happy with the answer.

So what do you do...GET OVER IT remember it is suppose to be fun. I try to do a couple of car shows a weekend and you might ask is it because of the trophy. Well yea I do get it kick out of it and it is nice having someone say hey I like your car. But it is the time I spend with the people and the kids whose only opportunity to see these cars is at these types of events. I spend hours at these shows but the time flies as my mouth never stops flappin. So I will continue to pay my $10.00 to enter a show and from time to time I get to win that $3.00 trophy….what the heck it is fun and that’s what it is suppose to be.

BTW, still enjoy reading your clubs news letter...might be one of the best out there.

Winning trophies with my way imperfect car in wonderful WV

Good post, I hope we never lose those who want to keep it "real" we need them so we don't lose sight of what the car was suppose to be. However everything has its place including the 'Hotrod" My God is it not as much of an American icon as the Model A? it has its place in history as well. That also includes anything that in the future someone may come up with including purple

BTW does anyone know where I can find a big stuffed Barny?
