Default Help needed identify fan blade mount assembly

organizing my junk pile today and came across this fan blade assembly. looks like the pulley unit is made of aluminum. anyone know if this is for a model T? thank you for your time and knowledge.

26-27 Model T. The eccentric just below the outlet adjusts the fan belt.

I understand that the longer fan pulley was for use on the 3 row radiator.
