I think the cowl vents are also somehow different . Is that correct?

The gauge layout is different on the dash. 36 has one large gauge in the center with a smaller gauge on each side. 37 has two large gauges only.

Yes the cowl vent is shaped different and ‘37 has the battery on the firewall and ‘35-‘36 has it under the seat. These are ‘35-‘37.......Mark

In addition to the comments of others, the 37 has a different dash rail due to a different windshield opening mechanism, different windshield post inside garnish moldings, and the header panels are different and have very different wiper motor covers. The toe boards are not the same in the 36 and 37 but would interchange to fit the hole. The trans cover is different in 36 and 37 because the 37 went to the handbrake moving from the floor on the 36 to under the dash on the driver side for the 37. The under seat pans are not the same but dimensionally they are the same and would interchange. As noted above, the cowl vents on 36 and 37 are different as is the cowl due to the split windshield gone to in 37. As a result, the 36 and 37 hood tops are not the same due to the differently shaped cowl.

The other thing is the 35 cowl corner post is a sharp corner vs the 36 which is curved where it meets cowl. jmho...kerk

In addition, the rear window is the same for all three years,as I grafted the top half of a 37 to my 35. I believe all 3 years doors are interchangeable also.
Here is some good info
