Those don't really look like very good molds. They should have a better flanges around the outside edges. The surfaces don't look very smooth either. Folks have been trying to replicate stuff on their own for ages though. That was someones attempt at it at one time or another.

The seller is not claiming they are useable, he is calling them wall hangers or decorative seems to me. Says they need repaired to be functional which is most likely a big understatement!
