Are the door hinge rivet heads countersunk ?

There was a pair of really nice doors for a 1929 Model A Tudor at a swap meet a couple years ago. I didn't buy them because someone torched the door half of the hinge, instead of the easy to replace post half of the hinge.

The seller kept insisting they were Dodge doors.
