Model A coupe Pickup box
A guy was telling me his dad had a Model A coupe and he had a Pickup Box Attachment for the back by taking off the deck lid .. Anybody got any pictures of this or was it a Home Made creation.. THANKS

Most were probably homemade,but they were manufactured also.I had one in the back of my coupe.It was made in Amesbury Mass,diagonally across the street from LeBaron Bonney.My uncles used it so hard during and after the war the tops of the bed sides wore out,bent over,and then crushed the tops of the quarters.They hauled a lot of stone and brick with it.The only thing I kept off it was the brass name tag.I threw the remains of the bed away about 1970.Mine had to have the panel under the trunk lid removed to install it.
