I shipped a core generator to Ed Whitney using the Priority Mail flat rate box. Less than $15.

Are you looking for new/nos parts, good working used parts, or used parts that probably need to be rebuilt?

If the generator has the pulley attached, shipping in a USPS flat rate box is risky. The flat rate boxes are pretty flimsy. If the box is dropped, the weight of the generator can break the pulley. (The shippers must think because its heavy, its indestructible.) Better to remove the pulley and pack it separately and securely in the shipping container and use something sturdier than the flat rate box. This is based on personal experience.

Here is picture proof of John R's comment above.....

The hole in the bottom of flat rate box was a give away that something was wrong.....then I opened it up. As you might expect, the seller blamed the USPS and USPS couldn't care less without insurance...Bottom line it should have been packaged much better.
