Trevor has been kind enough to post four more images as well as the above question. I still haven't figured out why we have "upload failure" occurring from my Think Center computer.

Has anyone out there run across these cast aluminum XF-9 Jetstensions? Were they a popular accessory in the early 1950 's?

Ours came from Charlie Wells in Los Olivos CA.

Me and Grant used Ken Bounds' 1936 Roadster for the Route 66 Tour. Here we are after the tour and the lunch (2014 EFV8 C/A Central National Meet, Springfield, IL).
