Default Fender brace

Bought a front fender brace from Macs. Received it today, my brace measures 25 1/2” and the Mac’s brace measures 21 1/2”. My truck is a 39’, does anybody know the correct length? Also I’m in need of 2 rear fender braces also. Thanks

Is yours a true truck or a 1/2 T "commercial car"?

If we're talking about the truck in your avatar picture, then it is actually a 1/2 ton "COMMERCIAL" Ford. The larger vehicles that are heavy duty and haul heavy loads are known as "TRUCKS" (referenced as a capital "T"). Hope this helps clear some confusion. DD

The avatar is the truck I’m talking about. Found a bracket on e-bay that matches the one I have (81C-16094). Thanks for the help

There you go...that "C" in 81C is the "COMMERCIAL" reference I was talking about. DD

Its confusing because Ford didn't consider the 1/2 T a truck. Anything 3/4T and over was a "truck". The good thing is that most of the 1/2T running gear is the same as the cars so its very easy to find parts.
