There are hundreds of pictures of them on the internet. Many on eBay.
Copy a picture and print it.

I made some "A" stickers a few years ago; PM me your address and I'll send you one.

My father had a Conaco gas station during WWII in SLC, one of my jobs was to paste gas rationing stamps on to a form which dad had to turn in every time he got a fuel delivery. Dad always had an ample supply of fuel, so much that he stored a lot of it in 50 gal drums behind the station. From time to time we would transfer fuel from the drums to the underground tanks.
After the war I asked my dad about the drums of fuel:

The rest of the story. There were two large Army Air Corps air bases in the SLC area, the airmen had lots of fuel allowances, however, they could not buy liquor from the state controlled stores because they were not residents of the State of Utah. The local LDS residents don't usually drink liquor but they could have a liquor license. My Dad would trade fuel for liquor license's, he would then trade the liquor license's to the Airmen for their gas stamps.
