Cool rear mounts

Here is another question are the same mounts used for both front engine and tranny mounts? Mine are so bad I'm not sure by looking. Thanks

Don't know what car you have, but they are both the same on a 40 Ford. Check C&G for parts similarity..

Same as motor mounts on my '41. '42 - '48 use a whole different type of transmission rear mount. I cinch both front and rear mounts very tight on my coupe. Not sure if it is real benefit, but I never have a clutch chatter problem.
