Default 37 221 helmut distributor won't engage cam end

I have been searching the archives but not finding the answer to what I need. My helmut 37 distributor is too short to engage the slot on the new cam and needs a spacer. Are these available? Looks like I have a short snout camshaft.

Yes, you need that button spacer, Speed Way has them. Walt

Note of caution on button spacers. Some of these spacers available today are poorly made, realitive to the machining of the tang on one side to the position of the groove on the opposite side, in that some of these poorly made parts will allow the distributor to bolt in place on the timing gear cover 180° out of phase.

Thanks John, I have read some posts regarding that and will find a way to index/mark the distributor and button correctly to the cam. Getting it set up while the engine is still on the stand first before attempting to do it in the car. Installing the restored radiator from The Brass Works first and putting the distributor in after will take some patience.
