1956 lincoln capri
Hi, anyone know the part number, or if anyone makes a repop fuel tank for a 56 Lincoln Capri? Or, if a Mercury fuel tank will fit? Thanks in advance.

They are actually in Minnesota Tom's is their ebay name this is their site: http://www.autocityclassic.com/lincoln-gas-tanks/ The majority of fuel tanks in the aftermarket are made by this company,I would contact them directly.

Yea, no go on autocity classic, I tried there already. Guess I'll have to try and fix it. They didn't make many of them, so nobody's making the tanks for them. Thanks for all the help.

Re: 1956 lincoln capri
You might call Ricks tanks. They're very expensive, stainless steel, lots of options. Ive got one, stock 55 fuel gauge, with an in tank pump for the EFI. But really nice workmanship, and fewer worries from the ethanol/water corrosion.
