Default Made puller to remove steering wheel on 32

I want to thank you fellow for showing me pictures of early fords steering wheel puller. So I made one that worked for me. My steering wheel was so tight that it crack like a gun going off. I would have never got that wheel off without the puller I made. The Barn is very helpful for me. So thank you very much

Darn Redneck, that looks like the new, highly improved, super heavy duty model right there!!
Good job!! I really get a kick out of making my own tools like that as well. I'm sure some feel it's a total waste of their "valuable" time to make something like this....if they can just go to their local auto parts store and buy one, but I like the satisfaction of doing things like this myself, and it looks like you do to as well Ken.

It's interesting for it only needs to move the slightest big to break free. Getting to it move without the correct puller can be a real bear.

Congratulations on achieving your goal of removing your steering wheel without damaging it. That home made puller did the job real good. You saved a lot of money, as these original pullers are bringing big money these days.

Love it! The way I was raised was to be self sufficient and use what you had. Now that I'm older I play a game with myself to use or make anything I need and either spend no money or the least amount possible. I tip my hat to you sir.

Redneck, another positive feature of your puller, looks to me like it's robust enough to be used on many other applications that would probably be more demanding than removing steering wheels.
