Default 1931 Dash Rail Color

I am restoring a 1931 Tudor Standard Sedan. The car was originally all Black but I am changing it to Lombard Blue which was also a correct color for the Standard model in 31.

The question I have is what color is the dash rail supposed to be: black as the top portion of the car, or Lombard Blue as the bottom half? I cannot seem to find that information, and I have seen rails painted either Black or Lombard Blue at shows I have been at. Which is the correct way to go?

Thanks!

Bob

The Standards show Dashrail, Windshield Pillars, Door Window, Quarter Window, and
Rear Window Moulding Maroon.

It, and the other interior moldings should be painted maroon. Never were interior moldings painted outside body color
