Putting a new Bergs radiator in and took the inlet housing off to Change the gasket along with new hoses and went to put the housing back on, using the same bolts that came out, and they won’t tighten, nothing seems to be stripped but the threads in the block seem to be worn down/out. Just wondering what’s the best way to solve this problem. Thanks in advance.

The threads in the block are most likely stripped. You will need to find some type of thread repair. I always caution people not to disturb fasteners if not necessary. The model A should use studs & nuts and not bolts.

Heli Coils should work fine for this application. Very common for thread repair of this nature.
