Default Model A ringtone

I haven't heard this discussed in a while. I just got an iPhone 4(I'm too cheap for the latest iPhone 7) and use this as my ringtone: http://modelabasics.com/Horn/ahoogaRing.mp3. In the first week of another smart phone a couple years ago I cracked the screen. I've got my iPhone now in an OtterBox.

I snipped it into motor sound and horn alone and use those for text and voicemails. The procedure is a little convoluted but is here: http://www.techadvisor.co.uk/how-to/...phone-3622959/

My iPhone 4S has "ahooga" as a standard option for ring tone. But the idle is cool for another tone!

I have that. My Iphone 6 it was easy.
True story:
After I retired i took a yr off, well that was a yr too long. I am not one to sit around. went to work for a local campground, I was the youngest there at 72, the oldest was 84, followed by a husband and wife at 82 each.

We were all sitting around at lunch just general talk. My phone rang, being the model A horn all three of them jumped up looked out the window and simultaneously said "who is that".

I nearly spit out my drink.

Lol....Thanks Ed H.
My wife has the Ahooga horn as her ringtone for when I call her. I still use a flip phone. So no fancy stuff for me. Jeff

Where did you find the motor and horn sound together? Sounds pretty good! I went through the process and added a few music ringtones the other day. It took a little while, but it does work.

Both my wife & I have the ahooga ringtone so it fun when we're together and one rings. Also, like Ed H., it really surprises people around you.
