Default Carb issue-Ford Model 7rt

It's on this 221 I have...

I'd fired this engine up a few months back with an Electric fuel pump I had...ran fine...

Went to fire it off today and fuel is squirting out of the horn...I pulled the top of the carb off, thinking float was stuck...but noticed only about 1/2 bowl full of fuel, turned the top over closing the float passage, turned key on...no leaks...etc...seat held fine.

Check the fuel pressure on my pump, right at 3.5 Pounds.

Any ideas as to what I need to look for?

Thanks.

Had just been searching the Barn.

Am I correct that the stock pump is built for 3.5 PSI...but pump rod length or gaskets under housing, are to get 2.5 PSI?

Anyways, will try to locate a regulator locally.

Thanks.
