It's for times like this where you just need a friend like Rocko
to just go over and talk to the culprit...

Wish I would have seen this thread before I sent him a deposit and. He also requested I send him my glove box door to confirm the clock bezel would fit correct. 6 mo later and several phone calls and e-mails, no word, no reply no clock, no nada. He can keep the $100 deposit, I just want my glove box door back ! They're hard to find !

My name must be Loui ! I have had to track a few guys down over the years and meet them face to face. All these face to face encounters are guys who are real pu --ys when it comes to face to face reality. When they are at home hiding behind the keyboard they are real tough guys but when confronted face to face their attitude changes like a light switch . I can tell you that if I fly from Alaska to somewhere to face some scammer it is not going to be a pretty sight , have done and will do if the situation arises.

No doubt he has sold it already.

Ripping someone off for $100. Really? I don't get it. He can keep it. I just want my glove box door back! I have his address as 7471 E. 29th ave Denver, CO. He go's by Smiths LLC Architects. I've tried his phone (303)534-0123. Of course no answer and voice mail is full. This will catch up to him. It's just a matter of time.

This fellow must be working out of his apartment, or the icecream shop on the main floor. Check the address on Google Maps, street view. I often do this when I am checking out a potential seller, or even if I am driving to some place I am not familiar with, so I have some semblance of orientation to where I am going.

To be fair... Jim @ Smiths' Classic Car Clocks just refunded my $100 deposit and sent back my glove box door. It did take some prodding. I had sent my deposit Oct 2019.

Hold on a few minutes. I have a couple of friends that just love to watch me beat hell out of guys slightly bigger than I am.

Thanks for warning us about this guy.
Clock work around hear is $300. Anybody less expense should easily get plenty of business.
Since I get all my early Ford parts from C&G I just call them n ask em where to go.
