Default Overdrive trouble

Been on here before with overdrive trouble and charging. I got a new regulator and generator checked all the wiring works good for 20 miles then it starts to discharge a little. Yesterday motor stopped completely burnt out the condenser. Must be the solenoid on the transmission getting warm - What do you think? Any insight is appreciated. Rog in MN

"Completely burnt out the condenser." Have to assume you mean the condenser which keeps the contacts from burning. Are you grasping for answers or know that the condenser failure is related to an OD situation? What was the charging voltage when you installed the new generator/regulator and what is it now? That voltage is sensitive so that knowledge is important. Have you verified that the OD solenoid is operating correctly and the primary coil of the solenoid is/isn't switching out after the solenoid actuates.
