Default Tube shocks for rear question for a 36

I googled around today and the only rear tube shock setup I found was one where the bottom attachment is welded to the rear end case? Anything else available not involving welding for rear tube shocks?

the link below shows the option to mount to the backing plate. You will still need upper mounts
