Ordered Cartouche kit for my 1939 PU. On first try the headliner was 2" short of filling the gap between the header and the headliner. I called, explained my problem and got a new headliner that fit within a few days. I would use Cartouche again if the new owners of Macs haven't " improved" everything.

I have had three experiences with credit card purchases in the past where-in the company did not ship the merchandise after charging the card. I was within the window allowed to cancel the transaction which is somewhere between 60 & 90 days.
I find it to be very dishonest for a company to take money from customers when they are on the verge of going out of business just so they can improve their financial position at the expense of the customer..

I know, good intentions are like arm pits, everybody has them.

I have a 39 std coupe here in New Zealand presently being upholstered with Le Baron Bonney material that I bought about 10 years ago. Lucky I got it so long ago I guess.
