Default 1915 touring car height with top up

Hello,
I have been looking at 1914 and 1915 model T touring cars and every time I see one with the top up I wonder if it will fit in my garage because of the height. It seems that every time I see one I don’t have a tape measure with me and I was wondering how tall a touring car is with the top up? My 1930 model a Tudor fits with no issues, but the touring car looks taller with the top up.

Anyone out there know what the height is?

Thank you... Bryan

Ask for a measurement.

If you find a car you are interested in buying.

What is the height of your garage opening? My T fit in my garage. Buy the car, you can always modify the garage!

My '15 touring measures 82 or 83" at the highest point, which is the second to last bow from the rear. BUT! The windshield is only a tad under 6 feet. AND, if that's not enough, the windshield folded down is a mere 63". A friend has a low garage door, so he simply puts the top down to drive the car into his garage. It's not difficult. Your wife can help. As Franklin says, just buy the car. Problem solved. Now get out there and have some fun!

Thank you for the feedback....my garage door clearance is about 78 inches so my 1930 Tudor gets in and out, but a 1915 Touring car would not fit without lowering the top. The problem I have is that I live in Michigan and I will probably add side curtains too. I can only imagine how much effort it takes to take the top up and down with side curtains attached.
.
I have been thinking about enlarging my garage anyway....this just tells me that I need to make the garage taller too before I buy a Model T.
.
Thank you everyone for the information.
