Default door hinges

how do you remove door hinges off of 1946 Ford Coupe-long door? Where can I find new hinges? Is the 40 Coupe the same hinge?

I assume a 46 coupe's doors are the same as my 41 fordor fronts. Mine have the hinges bolted to the door and welded to the body.

Per our 1948 4door hulk, the upper hinge bolts to the door and body, and is a hidden design unlike anything else. The lower hinge rivets/welds to the door and is bolted to the body. The lower hinge is functionally the same as the 1935-40 lower hinge but likely has a different bolt pattern (we reproduce individual pieces in bronze, Drake/Carpenter sell a full 1937-40 set in steel). If you can possibly salvage the lower hinge do so without removing from the body, they are difficult to remove and a new mounting structure has to be fabbed as the original hinges were installed as an early step in the door manufacture.
