I can usually figure this stuff out quickly. my restoration is stalled until i pull these shafts. Beat the crap out of them again after spraying more penetrating oil. nothing. I'm getting pissed.

I've had good luck hitting the axle with a 3lb hammer on the center, most of the time it will jump out. I've had to use a chain on two studs and a winch to put pressure on the axle and the strike the side of the axle with the hammer, the vibration seems to be what works.
