lt steering arm/drag link question
1928
i have the first style steering arms on my car. (ford did a change up) did the drag link stay the same or was it shorter to compensate for this change? basically , were there 2 different length of drag links used on the model A? thanks

Re: lt steering arm/drag link question
They changed the arm that connects to the tie rod, the part than connects
to the drag link stayed the same. |

with the toe-in set correctly it would seam that there is no way to change that difference on the model A unless the distance from the left steering arm to the pitman arm is modified. maybe that is why ford changed the steering arm design, don't know. i think with the old style steering arm on there the difference is more prominent.
