Still sober
Hello all; Fourteen years today, one day at a time. And no, it's not about me. This is just a reminder it can be done a day at a time, and if you or someone you know needs help, it's a phone call away from your local directory. I wish you all an uneventful evening, Craig.

Re: Still sober
Your lack of compassion and display of ignorance is incredible. No, it doesn't belong here, maybe, but give a guy a break and tell him "Congratulations!". You wish other Barners a Happy Birthday and so on, don't you?
Congratulations, Craig. What you've accomplished may not seem like much, but as having had a relative in the same position, I can appreciate what a set it took to make it 14-years, one day at a time. Keep it going !!! |

I'd guess St. Patty's day is a milestone date. Good for him and I wish him well.

Re: Still sober
Hi 39topless; I've been a Ford Barn member since Shelly had this site and I make this annual post because I care and want to let people know there's help and hope available. Thanks, Craig.

Re: Still sober
Good for you Craig! Beating any type of addiction is a great thing to be proud of and to share with others. This probably gives you more time and maybe puts you in a better financial position to enjoy the hobby that much more..
