Question Morris Instruments??

Has anyone heard anything about Morris Instruments. I tried to e-mail Vic, and it came back that his in-box was full. I tried to call but the number has been disconnected. Hope they haven't had to close.
Thanks!!

several years ago i sent an instrument to Williamson . . . it was a TOTAL disaster! i cannot reccomend them. i`m using Auburn gauges in the roadster that i`m currently building, called Morris gauge it seemed we were on the same page as far as quality of work etc.,etc. and then i saw the thread on the HAMB about Morris gauge. back to square one, someone on that HAMB thread suggested MOMA manufacturing in Albuquerque, N.M. [505] 766-6661], i called and talked to the owner [joey] and told him i was going to be traveling thru N.M. in a couple of weeks and asked to meet with him face to face. i`m going to be sending my gauges to him shortly.

Would be interesting to hear the other side of the story, but also might be better to error on the side of caution.

Ron at Williamson did a great job on a vintage SW mechanical temp gauge for me. Work great, right on the money.
