Default I finally edited my windshield replacement video. 1941 pickup.

Probably an exercise in how not to do it, and plagued by technical problems (mainly with audio) I edited the footage down from 2 hours 20 to a two parter of 15 mins each part (approx).

My new but old seals let me down so I had to improvise. Thanks for the helpful advice given when I was doing it.

Part one is live now, part 2 will be up later tonight.

I'm pleased with the video quality of my new camera.

There will be more videos in a related theme, mainly based around squeak and rattle elimination and stopping leaks.

I will create a playlist so they will all be lumped together in one place. The work is currently ongoing and continuing while the weather is nice as I'm working outside.

Anyway, here's the link to part 1.

And part 2:

Guess what? it still leaked like a sieve. Getting it to stop leaking is a currently ongoing work in progress.

Gives me an idea what to expect if I ever get around to replacing the cracked front glass in my 39. It never goes out in the rain so I don't know if it leaks.

Yeah keeping it indoors helps with the leaks a lot!

You have a bit more space than me, Ralph. (understatement of the year). My garage is chocca blok so the truck is parked outside.
