Default Goggle: Problems with Patricks Antique Cars + trks

Yes; Sadly there is a thread on Jalopy journal about all the delivery problems lately and a BBB low rating for Patricks. 22 unresolved complaints with BBB, and some unnerving stories from customers. I have an outstanding order and it is a wait and see situation. So, just a word of caution here. It was/ is a special business to us all at one time or another. Newc

Maybe once he was good people but not anymore. My credit card was fraudulently used after placing an order from Patrick's and yes, it only could have been from Patrick's. There is a long running thread on the HAMB about problems with Patrick's. If you choose to order from him there is a good chance you'll never receive your parts. Again, IMO.

Thanks for the heads up , I was thinking about buying some more offy heads from him , fact I was going to act soon, I could have lost big time , sorry to hear they are having difficulties , I visited his place a couple years back and they were busier than I would have ever expected. I hope all is handled in the best way for all involved.

What a shame. I bought a Mallory distributor from Patrick's around 1996. In January, 2012, I had a big problem with it when I left the ignition on for about a week. I called and they were very helpful. They told me what springs, points and condenser to buy, how to install and where to get them. They also told me that this distributor was long out of production and sent me a new rotor which they said was the last one they had at no cost.
