Default 1932 deluxe delivery value ?

I'm trying to determine a fair price/offer to pay for a 1932 Ford deluxe panel delivery It is a project and is very solid with original paint showing. It is complete less motor and trans...stored indoors for a very long time .I have had 5 windows and a three window and had no problem determining the value. With around 6000 panel deliveries built it tough to find comparables.
Any help would be appreciated.

Everybody will have a different #. Pretty hard to discuss without any pics or detailed description. Commercial vehicles are not as well traded as the coupes and roadsters and siphon the same $ to restore. That said, proceed with caution. Any other info will help the opinion poll.

Finished the panel truck would have a good value. The reason being it could be used to advertise a business. Even more so in a town that has sign restrictions. G.M.

I agree with GSCOV. It is a great vehicle however it is not a sought after vehicle. Some of the parts will be even harder to find and more expensive than a passenger car. I believe when you are all done and said it may be worth less than a passenger car. The trump card though is always in the eye of the beholder. If you like it buy it and have fun, don't worry about what we think!

Lots of bucks to restore. Lots of wood and big exterior panels that should be straight. Need more info. Is it restored or a basket case?

An almost complete one sold on a facebook page for 2500 about 2 months ago. Pretty rough but most of the panel specific parts were there. I paid 10500 for mine and it came with a fully restored, running, (kind of) driving and titled chassis but, the body was missing parts. I didn't search those Ebay numbers. A fully restored one sold on ebay for around 28k about 6 months back. It was restored for a ski company in Colorado with their advertising on the side. Then there was a rough basket case for either 4 or 5000 on ebay. I don't think the one for 4-5k ended up selling.

I still had this 4-5k auction in my ebay watch list: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1932-Ford-Ot...vip=true&rt=nc

It all depends on why you are buying this thing. If for an investment, turn and run away as fast as you can. If you want one of these to restore and are ready to enjoy the journey, then offer the guy as little as possible, without ticking him off, and go for it. $7,500 ?

I personally love the delivery and would value it high. Unfortunately just like other body styles like pheaton s sportcoupe and cabriolet it not for everyone . So that reflects value and can be suprised on the price. So do your homework ebay Hemmings Motor News Mecum auctions and great site like the fordbarn. I believe you have some of the best and most knowledgeable on this site. Post a picture or more information and sure you'll get the answer you ask for. That being said sight unseen I would give it a value of 10k and go from there
