Default Modified timing pin

Where can I get a modified, (more pointed, i e. less rounded) timing pin?
Very difficult to feel the divot on the timing wheel.

You can sharpen it up yourself, whole lot cheaper and no shipping.
I've also used a stubby Phillips screwdriver, the length is right and the point is right

Peospector, a tool that I have found very helpful is in most toilets today. It is the paper holder. I drilled out one end of the holder to accomodate the timing pin when you turn it backwards to find top dead center. Put the holder in holding the pin and you can find top dead center by turning the crank. Place a card like a credit card between the holder and the bottom of the radiator. As you turn the crank you can hear the holder pop in & you will have top dead center to set the timing. It is a one man job to do this project. Used to have to have a buddy hold the pin in until it drops into the hole but not any more. Good luck with your project. Charles

I just Chuck the pin in a drill and run it while sharpening on the grinder. That way it stays centered. Be careful to not mess up the threads
