Default Service brake cross shaft with extra arm

Wanted the replacement service brake cross shaft with the EXTRA arm on the drivers side for the left hand e-brake. THis was used to replace the 3 piece brake cross shaft from the early equalizing brake system. The extra arm lines up with the e-brake handle located in the drivers cowl. Please sen price and photos.
