Default Spare Tire Bolts

These bolts are supposed to be swedged on to the rear mount tire bracket.

These special bolts have a square shoulder built in to them.

The original bolts square shoulder is 1/4"-5/16" in depth.

The bolts from Snyders, Brattons, & Macs are only 3/16" and they cannot be swedged.

Does anyone know where the correct bolts can be obtained?

Thanks.

Here in South Florida machine shop rates are about 60.00 an hour, one hour minimum. I went to several figuring it would be easier and faster to have them fix the ball on the shifter, just weld and grind. Was quoted between 120- 150 dollars. Must be cheaper where you live.

I found the complete spare mount at a swap meet for $5 about 10 years ago.

I appreciate the replies.
Machine shop route too expensive.
Have no equip to braze, weld, etc.
Tried the only # for A&L in Ct. I could find and it is a non working #.
Saw a complete one 4 sale on Ebay but would be $42+ IF I was the only bidder.
I will secure the bolts with the rear spare lock nuts.
Thank you again.

What kind of body is the mount for? Maybe somebody here has the complete unit for less than the EBay price. I have several for a 30-31 coupe/roadster.
