Default 1930 Coupe

City: 50 miles west of Chicago
State: Illinois
Price: $8,500

This 1930 Coupe could be the start for your high point restoration ... with a lot of work. Or, it could be an excellent drive-in-the-parade/go-to-the-store/visit-friends/do-the-barn-tour/have-a-lot-of-fun car. It was the driver for a Model A Ford guy who also restored Model A's. It led many Club tours and has been very well maintained. It has excellent tires and stops well. Engine compartment is clean. Interior is presentable, with decent vinyl upholstery. Rumble seat cushions are ready for your little friends.
Please email me at [email protected] or call me at 630-715-9475. for more info or to arrange to see it. Currently it is on jack stands with radiator drained and stored right. It hasn't been that way long and will fire right up. Honest.
The price is firm. I'm selling it for a widow ... and my friend, John, is watching from heaven.

Thisis a good driver to enjoy while you dink with your High Point restoration ... that isn't on the road, yet. Don't worry, your wife will understand. Everybody needs two Model A's!

Well, I did get a "NO!" from one wife, who evidently does not think everybody needs two Model A's. Her loss ...
... Buy John's Coupe to teach your son-in-law how to shift. That will save wear-and-tear on your pride and joy. In the meanwhile, you will fall in love with this Roadster, that never gets lost.

This very original Coupe could be your ride to the Illinois Railway Museum's Transportation Extravaganza this Sunday. Or, you could drive it to the Amana, Iowa Model A Day on 8/20. It would be at home at the MAFFI Museum celebration on September 17 -- then head on to tour with the Hudson Valley Region.
Lots of opportunities hinge on your purchase of this very affordable sweetheart.
eMail me at [email protected] to see and drive the car on Saturday morning.
