This is a used crank pulley. The ratchet nut (really a bolt) must have gotten loose sometime and the notch was chipped by the crank key. Shouldn't be a problem if the ratchet nut is tight. You can see the pic where the pulley is extended past the crank end so the ratchet will be holding against the pulley and not the crank. It's been media blasted, painted grey for protection, and ready for your engine colored paint. The area that the front seal contacts is quite nice and has been oiled. $15 plus shipping. Reduced to $10.
