Default Open Car Windshield Mounting Hardware

1. What is the correct order of the interior pivot parts?
A. stud, beveled nut, cone, stanchion
B. stud, cone, beveled nut, stanchion

Charlie,

On my Roadster, the windshield pivot stud screwed into the windshield frame holding the top frame bar in place. Then the frame cone fit over the stud and the special cone nut went on the stud to hold the cone tight to the frame.

this seemed the most logical arrangment but this ole brain is getting more and more forgetful of the 'details' .. sprying some color today if the weather holds up ... slow, but still lots of 'fun' ... if aching elbows/wrists from sanding counts as 'fun'
